For me, that’s Pilates and I am pretty proud to say that most of those women, who questioned ever loving working out, were all transformed into a Pilates lover after my class! They say when you "do what you love, then it doesn't feel like work."
I’m pretty passionate about two things: 1. Motivating Mama’s to love and connect to their bodies2. AND PILATES! So an obvious choice was to blend my two passions and create Pilates Playground: A kick-ass full-body workout for YOU in a fun kid-friendly environment for your lil' ones. A FLATTER BELLYWe don’t work on the just the rectus abdominus muscles. We work on your ENTIRE core. A Pilates workout shifts the focus towards lengthening the muscle as it strengthens, which gives us mama’s a leaner flatter belly faster than any other abs option out there.
